Cleanse your eyebrows thoroughly using a non-oily cleanser, and apply a moisture barrier around your eyebrows and upper eyelids with petroleum jelly. Squeeze 1cm of tint onto a tray or into a Dappen Dish and apply to your lashes with the spoolie brush and your brows with the angled brush. Leave for 2-4 minutes.
Use a cotton pad or lint-free wipe to remove the tint. Once your brows and lashes are fully dry, apply the Express Developer Gel. Leave for 1-2 minutes. Wipe off with a cotton pad or lint-free wipe.
